Established in 2009 with 17 years of experience, Mark Smith Builders specializes in residential construction, architectural homes, hill sites, alterations, and project management. As a proud Cantabrian born and raised in Sefton, North Canterbury, I’ve built a strong reputation helping with the Christchurch rebuild and developing lasting relationships with clients.
I’m passionate about building and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project, regardless of size. As a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), you can trust your home is in qualified, experienced hands.
When not on site, you’ll find me enjoying rugby, fishing, or mountain biking with family and friends, perhaps followed by a cold pint after a long day!
